Why does my co-worker leave a wet, gross paper towel rag on top of the roll

Does anybody know the purpose of leaving a used, wet, nasty paper towel rag Jiffy on top of the roll? Because ur coworkers are going to be some of the most krabby paty disgusting & lazy people you are ever going to encounter in ur life. They Registered User are going to abuse the place you work because they don't live there, they Joined: Sunday, 25th of April 2010, 16:38:40 aren't the one that clean it so they decide they aren't going exert any Posts: 1601 extra effort in helping keep the place tidy. So they will spill stuff, Viewed 954 times leave crap lying around & to top it off, they will blame it on someone
else!!! Then they are going to complain about their kids not cleaning
their rooms!
Sorry about the rant, just had to get it out. I deal with this kind of
crap all the time where I work.
